Wow … 8 Years! I can hardly believe it and CAN believe it at the same time. What an amazing adventure it has been! I read a post recently that compared business ownership to “climbing into a cage and wrestling a lion.” Can you imagine? It definitely feels that way, at times. But, those moments are fleeting. I’m ecstatic that I get to spend most of my time empowering individuals, teams and organizations to become their best and reach the next level. What could be better?!
