Many people believe that their personal failures are determined by shortcomings outside of their control.  However, highly successful people think about failure differently, according to a recent study. Successful people see failure as a temporary setback, a mistake that can be fixed and tried again.  They believe they have the control over how successful (or not successful) they are.
