What would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn't failI always debrief teams after they’ve done an “out of your comfort zone” activity that they were convinced that they couldn’t do. Amazingly, it almost always turns out they could.  As we talk about their experience, I ask them to complete this sentence:  “If I can do this, I can do ___”

Nothing is more powerful than believing in yourself. Imagine what you would do if you knew you couldn’t fail.

I was fascinated and moved by Caroline Casey’s TED talk. She proves that so called “limitations” are merely perceptions. Don’t miss this video! You’ll be surprised and inspired by what she learned and how she is choosing to live.

May we all live beyond our limits in this way!

Thank you to my friend, Melissa Brown with Connections Academy for sharing this TED talk with me.
