Few can argue that the world is changing fast.  New technologies and globalization have changed communication in the business world forever.  Consequently, the role of leadership has changed too.  Living in the era of transparency has brought a new expectation – leaders can no longer just view themselves as a title or a role.  They must be contributors, working hard to gain the respect and trust of their team members.  I think Boris Groysberg puts it best when he states, “Leadership is a Conversation”.
