Too often, our business culture encourages us to play it safe- don’t speak up if you think the team is going in the wrong direction, avoid confrontation, don’t discuss your ideas for fear of them being seen as “too crazy”.  But I say, be brave people!  It is the only way to let innovation and creativity flourish.
