Have you ever worked in an environment where you are never encouraged to share your ideas, or you feel your input is not respected?  It makes you feel small, doesn’t it?  How about you bosses out there- have you ever received feedback that you are unapproachable, intimidating or cold?  It can be hard to hear this kind of criticism, to reflect on our leadership style, and ask ourselves some tough questions.
